Membership in SemoHealth.com includes benefits and responsibilities including accurate inputting of data in a timely fashion. SemoHealth.com members will be required to enter, edit and maintain all information concerning their membership, staff and all data and information is controlled, maintained and the responsibility of the member or provider.

All applicable information should be included and correct and all data and photos should be entered at the same time. All data inputted on SemoHealth.com is the property of CDG and can be used to market this website via social media and any other feed or marketing concepts selected by CDG.

When a changes occurs or there is a staff change, SemoHealth.com requests this data be corrected by the end of the next business day.

Member user names and passwords are not to be disclosed to any outsider. Any violation will result in a $250.00 fine per incident being levied by Creative Design Group and expulsion as a member of SemoHealth.com. Any falsified information upon discovery by CDG and/or within one business day of notification will require correction. Expulsion from SemoHealth.com will occur for continuing to post falsified information should CDG be notified and aware of the data discrepancies. In addition, failure to edit or correct data when notified by CDG will result in a fine of $200 per day and possible membership cancellation.

Membership of SemoHealth.com should denote competency, fairness, and high integrity resulting from adherence to a lofty ideal of moral conduct in business relations.

SemoHealth.com members shall maintain a regularly established place of business, which shall be open to the public during usual business hours or at regular stated intervals. This place of business shall have a business sign of sufficient size to identify it and bearing name under which the firm is licensed, or the regular business name, and shall be displayed outside the regular place of business.
