Cotton Point Living Center originally opened as a family owned business in a private home here in Matthews, Mo. The original license was issued in 1938 in a home in this small rural community just South of Sikeston. The new facility was built on it’s current site in the 1950’s. It was completely remodeled in Summer 2018. Our location provides countryside peaceful views close to all amenities.

Cotton Point Living Center is a 98 bed Medicare and Medicaid skilled nursing facility that offers our residents private and semi-private rooms, each has a restroom adjacent. We offer short- and long-term stays. Our state-of-the-art therapy department is second to none. We provide Physical Occupational and Speech therapies, to assess the resident needs and implement a Plan of Care to address those needs. When a resident has reached their highest level of functioning through therapy they are discharged to our restorative program. Through our restorative they can reach a higher level and maintain it.
