Initially working at a few area offices after earning her degree, Vickie soon came to work with Dr. Burcham, and realized this office was where she could be happy both personally and professionally, and a place she could consider “home”.

Vickie is originally from Caruthersville, Missouri. She and her husband, Joel Carter, have 2 wonderful children, Alexandra and Brenton. In her spare time, she enjoys working around her house, fishing with her husband, and visiting her kids in Mississippi.

Vickie has been a registered dental hygienist at Burcham Dental Arts since December 1st, 1989. A 1982 graduate of Caruthersville High School, she attended college at the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences (UTCHS) in Memphis, receiving her bachelors degree in dental hygiene in 1986.
