With a caring heart and devotion to our geriatric population, Colby Simpkins serves as the Licensed Administrator of The Manor since 2018. He is a native of Southeast Missouri with twelve years’ experience in various parts of healthcare. Simpkins graduated from Hannibal-LaGrange University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management in 2017 and then earned a Master of Arts degree in Business Leadership from Hannibal-LaGrange in 2018.
